English For Secretary



Secretary is someone who works in an office who handless correspondence and clerical work for a leader or organization.
Secretary also helps the people in charge of the office to do their job and person whose work  consists of supporting management, including executives, using a variety of project management, communication, or organizational skills. Secretary is also an intermediary for people who want to deal with a boss or vice versa. He is also a good relationship builder between the company and the outside community.

In today’s business world, where even small companies are working internationally, requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, either internally with colleagues and externally with clients or supplies.
Such condition, many corporate a leader requires secretary more professional service, with the level of competence of international standard, and in order to compete with personal secretary brought in from abroad such as Singapore and Malaysia. That’s why secretary needs to float themselves through increasing their english language, so that it is really capable and high quality for help command.

English language is one of language which is necessary for human life in this world. We can not deny that almost all of countries use English language to communicate with the other people. English is used in many parts of the world because at least a few people in community know the language. By knowing and being able to use English, it will make our life easier to survive, because we know that almost all of the things in this world always have relevance with English. We will not be able to do such thing, if we are not able to use English.

1)    English language is an international language, it can be seen that by using English, it makes the communication easier when the different countries meet each other without knowing what their native languages.
2)    Because many jobs that secretary do in the office using English language. Example: handling telephon, arrange the meeting and leader activities, mail handling, handling guest, reservation dan the other.
3)    English language is one of the most important languages in the world of business and labor, it is necessary to give space in the knowledge and learning this tool will enable understanding and communication of in information.
